AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Clinical Account Executive to lead sales and account strategy in the Florida territory, including West Palm Beach and Melbourne.

You will combine deep clinical expertise with business acumen to advance AbbVie's oncology portfolio and support brand goals through trusted physician, nurse, and administrator relationships. You will develop a territory business plan, translate strategy into action, learn rapidly, and maintain the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

Formación

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
• Desire and ability to take on larger roles faster than peers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data and analytics to optimize execution.
