AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Clinical Account Executive for Oncology in the Tampa, FL area.

The role is field-based and requires living in or near the territory, spanning Tampa, Sarasota, Cape Coral and surrounding areas. The CAE will lead territory strategy, build partnerships with hematologists and oncologists, and translate scientific and clinical insights into value-driven engagements across AbbVie's CLL and NHL Oncology portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech or related field.
• Ability to build trusted customer relationships and work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key stakeholders.
• Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements and deep scientific/clinical expertise.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide coordinated customer experiences and insights.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data and analytics to optimize execution.
