Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related technical field is preferred, with emphasis on materials science or fluid dynamics.
• 5+ years of successful technical sales or account management experience in flow control, fluid handling, piping systems, or industrial equipment sectors.
• Strong working knowledge of thermoplastic materials and their applications in OEM systems.
• Proven track record of developing new OEM accounts and achieving sales targets via consultative selling.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new OEM customers across industrial, water/wastewater, chemical processing, and life sciences sectors.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
• Upsell and cross-sell within existing portfolio to maximize revenue.
• Serve as a technical consultant on thermoplastic valves, piping systems, and flow control products.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions for customers.
• Travel 30–50% to visit accounts and industry trade shows.
