Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a driven OEM Account Manager to grow our Hayward Flow Control business by targeting and expanding key OEM accounts in industrial, water/wastewater, chemical processing, and life sciences.

You will lead the full sales cycle, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and travel 30–50% to key accounts and trade shows while leveraging your technical sales experience to deliver tailored flow-control solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful technical sales or account management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related technical field.
• Strong working knowledge of thermoplastic materials and their applications.
• Proven track record of developing new OEM accounts and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new OEM customers across industrial, water/wastewater, chemical processing, and life sciences.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans to achieve targets and expand market share.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
• Upsell and cross-sell within existing portfolio to maximize account revenue.
• Serve as a primary technical consultant on thermoplastic valves, piping systems, actuation, and related flow control products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor solutions for customer needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with engineers, purchasing managers, and operations teams.
• Travel approximately 30–50% to visit OEM accounts and industry trade shows.
