Hayward Holdings, Inc. is seeking a driven OEM Account Manager to identify, develop, and manage key OEM accounts in the Northeast region. You will leverage deep technical expertise in thermoplastics and flow-control products to expand market presence and revenue.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to tailor solutions, manage the full sales cycle, and maintain strong relationships with engineers, buyers, and operations leaders. Travel 30–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field is preferred.
• 5+ years of technical sales or account management experience in flow control, fluid handling, piping systems, or industrial equipment sectors.
• Strong knowledge of thermoplastic materials and their OEM applications.
• Proven track record in consultative, solution-oriented selling.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow OEM accounts across industrial, water/wastewater, chemical processing, and life sciences sectors.
• Serve as a technical consultant on thermoplastic valves, piping, actuation, and flow control products.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to define system requirements and tailor solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with engineers, purchasing managers, and operations leaders; coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment.
• Identify new product opportunities and monitor market and competitor trends; travel 30–50% as needed.
