• Account Development and Sales Growth: Identify and target new OEM customers across high-growth sectors; develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets; manage the full sales cycle; upsell and cross-sell within existing portfolio.
• Technical Expertise and Solution Selling: Act as technical consultant on thermoplastic valves, piping systems, and flow control; collaborate with engineering teams; deliver product demonstrations.
• Customer Engagement and Collaboration: Build long-term relationships with engineers, purchasing managers, and operations teams; align with internal teams for order fulfillment and satisfaction.
• Innovation and Market Intelligence: Identify product opportunities at OEM accounts; monitor competitors and regulations to inform strategy.
