Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand Hayward Flow Control’s market share.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand system requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
• Travel Approximately 30–50% to visit key OEM accounts, trade shows, and support field activities.
