Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking an OEM Account Manager to identify, develop, and manage key OEM accounts on the West Coast.

The role demands deep technical expertise in thermoplastic valves, piping systems, and flow control products, with a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach. You will expand market presence, build long-term customer relationships, and collaborate with engineering, product management, and service teams to ensure successful fulfillment and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, with emphasis on materials science or fluid dynamics.
• 5+ years in technical sales or account management in flow control or industrial equipment.
• Strong knowledge of thermoplastic materials and OEM applications.
• Proven track record of developing new OEM accounts and meeting targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new OEM customers across industrial, water/wastewater, chemical processing, and life sciences.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets and grow market share.
• Manage entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
• Provide technical consultations on thermoplastic valves, piping systems, and flow control products.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management and customer service to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Travel 30-50% to visit key OEM accounts and industry shows.
