JLL is seeking an Occupancy Planning Manager to lead sophisticated space optimization initiatives and drive strategic planning across multiple client portfolios. You will orchestrate blocking, stacking, and scenario planning while collaborating with client teams and JLL service lines to maximize space utilization.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, executive-level communication, and a proactive approach to workplace strategy.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate environment, preferably in strategic space/occupancy planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design or a related field.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, cell calculations) and Microsoft Power Point
• Proficiency in CAFM/IWMS software
• Experience with AutoCAD for basic test-fits and square foot calculations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strategic thinking and big-picture perspective.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team to deliver occupancy planning strategies, from blocking/stacking plans to executive-level portfolio recommendations.
• Bridge client relationships with cross-functional JLL service lines using data analytics and industry leadership.
• Foster partnerships with the client's Real Estate Organization and end users to craft space solutions.
• Ensure consistent delivery of planning services and reporting of occupancy data within workplace programs.
• Develop occupancy scenarios and collaborative workplace practices for complex issues.
• Maintain four days of onsite presence weekly.
