Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced professional in Portland, OR to develop and implement occupancy and workplace strategies supporting current and future business needs. You will partner with leadership to assess space demand, analyze workforce trends, and create occupancy plans and recommendations.

You will manage relocations, consolidations, renovations, and occupancy transitions, while auditing data and delivering reports and executive presentations.

Qualifications

• Develop occupancy and workplace strategies to support current and future business needs.
• Audit and maintain space, occupancy, utilization, and headcount data for accuracy.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, planning discussions, and present recommendations to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports, dashboards, and executive presentations communicating key occupancy metrics.
• Coordinate move planning, migration schedules, and occupancy transitions with project teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, standards, and workplace programs.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on occupancy planning best practices.
