Job summary

JLL is seeking an occupancy planning professional to develop and implement occupancy and workplace strategies across multiple locations. You will partner with leadership to assess space demand, analyze workforce trends, and create occupancy plans and space allocation recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement occupancy and workplace strategies across locations.
• Create occupancy plans, block and stack scenarios, capacity analyses, and space allocation recommendations.
• Manage relocations, consolidations, renovations, restacks, and organizational moves.
• Audit and maintain space, occupancy, utilization, and headcount data for reporting integrity.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and executive presentations communicating key metrics.
