Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an Occupancy Planning Lead to direct a team delivering strategic occupancy planning services for a major technology client. This onsite role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring strong relationships across client leadership and JLL teams.

You will develop occupancy plans, move sequences, and data-driven insights using Excel and AI tools, guiding space policies and portfolio optimization. Leadership and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of occupancy planning at a strategic level.
• Exceptional communication across admin to executive levels.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, XLOOKUP, complex calculations, and floor plan interpretation.
• Proven stakeholder management across multiple JLL business units.
• Strong bias toward transformation and execution with problem solving.
• Proven project management capabilities with staffing and outcomes.
• Ethical and resilient in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with client leadership and internal JLL teams.
• Develop comprehensive occupancy plans and move sequences maximizing space utilization.
• Analyze real estate data using Excel and AI tools to inform decisions.
