Job summary

Airgas is hiring a New Business Development Representative in Roseville, MN to drive profitable sales growth for new Bulk accounts within an assigned territory. You will build relationships, quote pricing, and coordinate delivery schedules.

Ideal candidates have outside B2B sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and reliable transportation. The role offers base salary plus uncapped commission, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in outside business-to-business sales, including effectiveness in solution-selling concepts.
• Familiarity with industrial and specialty gases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth and expand market share for new Bulk accounts within an assigned territory.
• Qualify and connect with sales leads and prepare sales proposals with pricing and delivery timelines.
• Maintain and submit sales reports and manage accounts receivable balances to protect Airgas working capital.
