Job summary

IQVIA Holdings is seeking a Field Coordinator to align with project leadership, district management, and senior IQVIA management on assigned projects. The role involves coordinating activities, reporting progress, and assisting in resource management for field-based and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five years pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least three years in sales management.
• Strong ability to communicate and work cross-functionally within a team.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, partner and collaborate.
• Strong leadership, planning, organization and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Lead, District Managers and other senior leaders with customer related issues.
• Coordinate assigned project activities.
• Participate in appropriate customer and IQVIA meetings.
• Document and report project progress and status to appropriate entities.
• Assist the project leader in managing field-based and internal resources to achieve objectives.
• In conjunction with HR respond to employee relations issues.
• Identify, interview and screen candidates for backfill recruiting as required.
• Submit project reports and adhere to reporting requirements.
• Monitor project expenses and costs to ensure district budget compliance.
