CCI Systems, Inc. seeks a National Account Manager to own and drive sales for a select group of large national accounts.

You will develop and manage new and existing customer relationships, partnering with Operations and other units to drive profitable revenue growth through identification and development of business opportunities. You will lead go-to-market strategies, coordinate with carriers, MSOs, and internal teams, and manage pricing, proposals, and revenue growth while ensuring customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Sales/Business Development role within telecom/broadband OSP engineering or construction.
• 3+ years of hands-on telecom outside plant engineering (OSP) experience, including design, permitting, and construction support for fiber and HFC networks.
• Proven relationships within the telecom industry and a track record selling and managing OSP fiber optic networks, including field data collection, permitting, network design (FTTx/HFC), fiber/coax splicing.
• Experience across multiple technologies with strategic account planning, forecasting, and presenting telecom solutions.
• Proven hunter with tenacity and drive to win in competitive markets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; proficient with CRM and MS Office.

• Act as customer relations manager and drive sales to meet budget expectations.
• Collaborate with customers to understand network requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
