Job summary

Reworld is seeking a National Account Manager to drive direct sales into strategic markets and expand the customer base across the United States. The role focuses on lead generation, profitability, retention of existing customers, and onboarding new locations and lines of business within National Programs.

The position offers a work-from-home setup in the US with up to 50% travel to client sites and Reworld facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, program management, or business development.
• Experience negotiating multimillion-dollar, multiyear agreements.

Responsibilities

• Promote strategic synergies between Reworld service offerings and customer needs.
• Deliver consultative solution-based sales approaches to corporate buyers and EH&S contacts.
• Develop long-term relationships to grow existing revenue and expand accounts.
• Create and execute written account plans for assigned strategic customers.
• Forecast and manage pipeline, deliver accurate CRM updates with opportunities.
• Negotiate large multi-year contracts and secure Master Service Agreements.
