Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a National Account Manager to lead direct sales into large enterprise accounts from a home-based US location. You will execute sales strategies, generate leads, manage budgets, and expand relationships to drive multi-million dollar revenue while aligning with Reworld's sustainability goals.

This remote role requires up to 50% travel to client sites and Reworld facilities; you will collaborate with Customer Care, Solutions Sales, and other teams to close Master Service

Qualifications

• 10+ years equivalent experience in Environmental Industry or professional sales with focus on waste disposal, waste management, transportation, landfill diversion, cycling and recycling services.
• 3+ years' experience selling into corporate and/or large accounts.
• Strong interpersonal skills that build rapport and trust.
• Proven ability to retain and expand complex enterprise accounts and develop new relationships.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% to client sites and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote strategic synergies between Reworld service offerings and customer needs.
• Deliver consultative, solution-based sales approaches to EH&S buyers and corporate contacts.
• Develop long-term relationships to grow existing accounts and revenue.
• Create opportunities for new business channels and Master Service Agreements.
• Manage a multi-million dollar portfolio and write account plans for strategic customers.
