Qualifications
- 5+ years senior account management experience in related industry.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and accounts.
- Excellent IT literacy for reports and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Develop national accounts to maximise revenue and long-term growth.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver service excellence.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with strategic clients.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain relationships from SMT to project level.
- Monitor KPIs and report performance to leadership.
