Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of account management, business development, or sales experience in relevant facilities/ HVAC sectors.
• Proven success managing national accounts or enterprise customers in a B2B environment.
• Ability to build relationships with executive leaders and key stakeholders.
• Experience developing strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and retention.
• Strong understanding of negotiations, pricing, procurement, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and business acumen.
