Job summary

USA Mechanical & Energy Service is seeking an Account Manager to grow service revenue by developing long-term relationships with facility owners and operators. You will promote maintenance agreements, manage quotes, and support renewals while coordinating with the office and field teams.

The role requires strong HVAC knowledge, excellent presentation skills, and a proven sales record. Local travel and a client-focused, results-driven approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred, or equivalent.
• 3+ years HVAC sales experience or related field required.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and pricing.
• Proven history of technical sales success and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term customer relationships with building facilities and owners.
• Drive service maintenance agreements and renewals with end-users.
• Manage quotes, orders, and high-level reporting within tight timelines.
• Identify opportunities, build account plans, and track via CRM.
• Travel locally to maintain and grow key accounts.
