Job summary

2220 Engineering Excellence National Account seeks an experienced account manager for national HVAC client relationships. You will analyze spend trends, optimize repair and maintenance budgets, and review service provider quotes to maximize uptime and value for customers.

Key responsibilities include conducting strategy reviews, guiding CSRs and subcontractors to exceed SLAs, resolving issues promptly, and coordinating with clients to meet operating needs while maintaining strong long-term

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years HVAC experience.
Must communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Conduct strategic account review meetings with clients on total cost of ownership.
Provide direction for CSRs and subcontractors to exceed customer expectations.
Address customer complaints promptly to maintain relationships.
Oversee equipment tasking, repair proposals, and replacements.
Vet and select new subcontractors.
Ensure adequate subcontractor coverage to meet SLAs.
Collaborate with clients and subcontractors to meet performance standards.
