Kemper is seeking a National Accounts Sales Executive to expand Kemper Auto's distribution with national agencies, brokers, carriers, and strategic partners. The role focuses on growing revenue from large, complex accounts and building lasting partnerships while supporting nonstandard auto products.

You will develop strategic account plans, lead executive reviews, and collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Finance, and Marketing to deliver competitive solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years in B2B sales or strategic account management in P&C.
• Experience with national or enterprise accounts.
• Track record of revenue or premium growth.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across FL, TX, CO, CA.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for national accounts and alternative distribution partners, driving profitable growth and long-term relationship value.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers across national agencies, brokers, carriers, and strategic distribution partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding existing relationships and developing new strategic partnerships.
• Lead complex business development initiatives, including negotiations, implementation, and ongoing strategic relationship management.
• Establish growth objectives, sales forecasts, and account strategies; monitor performance, profitability, retention, and progress against business goals.
• Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to develop competitive, financially sound solutions that meet partner needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to strategic partners, identifying business challenges, addressing issues, and driving opportunities for mutual growth.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market developments to identify emerging opportunities and inform business strategies.
• Lead executive business reviews, strategic presentations, and partner meetings to strengthen relationships and communicate business priorities.
• Represent Kemper at industry events and strategic forums to expand market presence and develop business relationships.
