Job summary

Kemper is seeking a National Accounts Sales Executive to develop, grow, and manage strategic relationships with national agencies, brokers, carriers, and other distribution partners to expand Kemper Auto's profitable growth and distribution capabilities.

Your work will drive revenue growth across large, complex accounts, lead executive business reviews, and collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to create competitive, financially sound solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years in B2B sales, business development, agency management, or strategic account management in P&C.
• Experience managing national or enterprise accounts with complex stakeholders.
• Proven revenue growth and contract negotiation capability.
• Spanish language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for national accounts and partners.
• Build executive-level relationships with key decision-makers across agencies and brokers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
• Lead negotiations and strategic initiatives with partners.
• Establish growth objectives, forecasts, and account strategies; monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Finance, Operations, Marketing to meet partner needs.
• Represent Kemper at industry events and lead executive reviews with partners.
