Job summary

Kemper is seeking a National Accounts Sales Executive to develop and manage strategic relationships with national agencies, brokers, carriers, and other distribution partners. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business‑related field preferred.
• 7+ years in B2B sales, business development, or strategic accounts in P&C.
• Proven revenue growth and large account management experience.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing complex opportunities.
• Established relationships with national agencies, brokers, or carriers preferred.

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for national accounts and partners.
• Build executive relationships with decision makers across agencies, brokers, and carriers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships.
• Lead negotiations, implementation, and ongoing relationship management.
• Set growth objectives, forecasts, and account strategies; monitor profitability and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver competitive, financially sound solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to strategic partners and expand Kemper Auto's market presence.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Lead executive reviews and partner meetings to communicate priorities.
