Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is seeking a Director of National Accounts to align customer engagement strategies and drive growth across branches. You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Branch Leadership, Labor Relations, and Project Teams to deliver results and cultivate client relationships.

You will identify top accounts, lead product-line implementation, and develop a comprehensive business development strategy.

Qualifications

10–15 years of business development experience with proven revenue growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Business/Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Ability to travel to multiple branch locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize top accounts across regions to drive growth.
Lead implementation of PCG product lines within identified accounts.
Develop and execute a comprehensive national accounts strategy across branches.
Collaborate with Operations, Branch Leadership, Labor Relations, and Project Teams to ensure cohesive client delivery.
Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key customers and prospects.
Analyze market and customer data to drive targeted outreach and opportunities.
Develop corrective action plans and best practices for account management.
Represent PCG in client meetings and cross-functional planning sessions.
