Job summary

POWERX is seeking a Director of National Accounts to guide and support a team of National Account Managers, expanding relationships with national clients and driving revenue growth. You will develop strategic plans, identify opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction to grow market presence.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and service teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field required.
5+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably with national or key accounts.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.

Responsibilities

Recruit and Manage National Account Managers for defined roles.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with national accounts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, customer service, and other departments to align strategies and drive cohesive efforts.
