Job summary

ECS Group of Companies seeks a Subsidiary Director of National and Regional Accounts to lead strategic client engagement across national and regional accounts. You will manage top national portfolios, develop growth plans, mentor National Account Managers, and align cross-functional teams to deliver consistent value.

You will partner with executive leadership to expand relationships, coordinate project delivery, monitor performance, and ensure exceptional service across ECS offices and service

Responsibilities

• Directly manages a portfolio of national accounts totaling multi-million in value.
• Develops and leads national account programs for growth and client development.
• Mentors National Account Managers and aligns regional strategies with national objectives.
• Coordinates regional account practices and ensures consistent client service across offices.
• Partners with executive leadership to expand client relationships and improve account performance.
