Job summary

ECS Group of Companies in the United States seeks a Subsidiary Director of National and Regional Accounts to lead strategic development and performance of national and regional client accounts across the subsidiary.

You will manage major national accounts, mentor National Account Managers, coordinate across offices, and drive growth, service delivery, and client satisfaction while partnering with executive leadership.

• Extensive experience in national account leadership and large-scale client programs.
• Ability to lead multiple offices and cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Proven track record in growth and revenue expansion.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages a portfolio of national accounts and oversees regional account management.
• Develops and mentors National Account Managers.
• Coordinates regional account practices and promotes collaboration across offices.
• Monitors account performance, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Supports proposal development and service integration with market sector leaders.
• Represents ECS in client meetings and industry events.
