Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Director for Multifamily to own large, multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contracts. This individual contributor role focuses on closing strategically important opportunities across portfolios, with inbound meetings and SD fed leads driving the calendar.

The seat targets multifamily owners and property management groups across locations, with no direct reports.

• Closing large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Preference for closing business over people management.

• Own the full sales cycle for large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close within 3–12 months.
• Engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders in negotiations.
