Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking Head of Business Development for Multifamily to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contracts. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focusing on strategic, multi-location multifamily accounts and large portfolios across the USA/Canada.

You will close high-value deals with owners and regional leaders, expanding to additional locations and services as groups sign, with support from sales development and inbound

Qualifications

• Record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Sell to owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at multi-location portfolios.
• Expansion: pursue more locations and services once a group signs.
