Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Multifamily to own large multi-location deals from initial meeting to signed contract. The role involves closing multi-location portfolios with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders across USA/Canada, with inbound and SDR-backed meetings.

You will close high-value deals on strategic accounts, expand to additional locations, and work with our strategists on compelling proposals for deals that matter most.

Qualifications

• Closing $1M+ annual deals on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to multifamily groups or related multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefers closing over managing people.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, typically 3 to 12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at client sites.
• Expand accounts to add more locations and services after sign-on.
• Prepare proposals with strategists and leadership for key deals.
