Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Business Development for Multifamily to own the largest multi-location deals, from first meeting to signed contract. This individual contributor role focuses on closing multi-location portfolios with ownership, regional operators and marketing leaders.

You will manage long, strategic sales cycles without direct reports. Lead generation comes from sales development and inbound inquiries, with a cap on the number of accounts.

Formación

• A track record of closing $1M+ per year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision-makers.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand to more locations and services after a group signs.
