Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an Head of Business Development for Multifamily to close large, multi-location deals across the United States and Canada. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from discovery to close, engaging owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, with the aim of expanding to more locations and services as groups sign.

This role is an individual contributor position with a $2M annual quota, supported by inbound and a sales development team, and requires

Qualifications

• A proven track record of closing large deals and multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on large multi-location deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, 3 to 12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build proposals for key deals.
