Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Business Development for Multifamily to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on strategic, multi-location accounts across the US and Canada.

You will close high-value cycles spanning 3 to 12 months, collaborating with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.

Qualifikationen

• A record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into multifamily groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.
• You would rather close business than manage people.

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
