Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ yearly on multi-location/enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to multifamily groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers; not suited for high-volume, single-location sales.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders in multi-location portfolios.
• Expand by adding more locations and services once a group signs.
