Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies across multiple communities within the region.
• Conduct market intelligence, rental rate benchmarking, and competitor marketing analysis.
• Analyze performance metrics and improve lead-to-lease conversion.
• Directly tour properties and communicate each community's value proposition.
• Process rental applications, perform background checks, and ensure Fair Housing compliance.
• Ensure brand standards and readiness of vacant units across sites.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams, standardize SOPs, and support training.
• Plan resident events and retention activities to maximize renewals.
• Address resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
