Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to manage leasing for two or more properties and deliver exceptional resident service across sites. You will show units, process applications, and drive occupancy while supporting marketing efforts.

The role requires strong customer service, sales focus, and the ability to coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and administrative tasks. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required to meet leasing goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications are a plus (e.g. knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).
• Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of Yardi/Entrata/EliseAI and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the properties.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide superior customer service, responding promptly to resident inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Assist with move-in, move-out inspections and turnover procedures.
