Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue across assigned properties while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage tours, leads, and CRM tasks, promoting the brand and coordinating onsite presence. The role requires flexibility, a valid driver’s license, and strong English communication; experience in leasing or property management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation is required if the employee will operate a motorized vehicle during workday.
• Computer literacy and effective communication in English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Use of a personal smartphone for job duties, with security requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and navigate stairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Vivmark Residential's brand and coordinates onsite presence at properties based on occupancy goals.
• Manages leads and tour schedules using CRM and completes CRM tasks promptly.
• Demonstrates selling techniques to close sales and cross-sell to sister communities.
• Delivers excellent customer service to residents and supports retention efforts.
• Assists with leasing documents, move-in files, and required training; ensures compliance with fair housing laws.
