Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multi-site Leasing Consultant to promote its brand and achieve maximum occupancy across communities. You will handle new sales, tours, resident relations, and leasing administration with a strong focus on customer service.

Responsibilities include managing tour schedules, maintaining knowledge of communities, and supporting marketing efforts to drive occupancy. A flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if operating a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Promote Vivmark Residential’s brand across assigned communities.
• Coordinate onsite presence and tour schedules to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Manage leads and customer experience using CRM; complete CRM tasks on time.
