Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote our brand across a defined set of communities and drive occupancy and revenue. You will manage tours, nurture leads, and deliver exceptional customer service while coordinating with on-site teams.

Responsibilities include leveraging CRM tools, maintaining strong product knowledge, and supporting marketing efforts. Flexible scheduling, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if operating a vehicle.
• Computer literacy and strong written/oral English communication.
• Knowledge of federal/state apartment housing laws.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Vivmark Residential brand across communities.
• Manage scheduling for on-site property presence and tours.
• Proactively track leads and manage CRM tasks in a timely manner.
• Close sales using effective selling techniques and cross-sell across communities.
• Support resident relations, payments, and account inquiries.
• Coordinate resident events and assist with leasing documents.
