Job summary

Allied Residential, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant (Multisite) to engage prospective residents, showcase available apartments, and guide applicants through the leasing process across multiple properties.

You will support occupancy goals through proactive marketing and polished property presentation. The role requires on-site work, travel between communities, and excellent communication to assess needs, conduct tours, and coordinate move‑ins with teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365) and Yardi property management software.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on-site, including walking varied terrain and inspecting units.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned communities to provide leasing coverage as needed.
• Greet prospective residents, assess housing needs, and qualify applicants based on established criteria.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting apartment features, layouts, and community amenities.
• Provide accurate information about the local area, including schools, shopping, recreation, and transportation.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, collect deposits, and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Monitor property conditions, reporting maintenance needs and coordinating necessary repairs.
• Maintain updated listings of available units and create engaging advertisements to promote vacancies.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to support personal and professional development.
