Allied Residential, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant (Multisite) to engage prospective residents, showcase available apartments, and guide applicants through the leasing process across multiple properties.

The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional resident experience by identifying needs, presenting community amenities, and supporting occupancy goals through proactive marketing and property presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling quick rapport-building.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and property management software (Yardi).
• Basic math skills to calculate rates, ratios and percentages.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• On-site work requirement; ability to walk uneven terrain and inspect units in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned communities to provide leasing coverage as needed.
• Greet prospective residents, assess housing needs, and qualify applicants.
• Conduct property tours highlighting apartment features, layouts, and amenities.
• Provide information about local schools, shopping, recreation, and transit.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, collect deposits, and handle documentation.
• Monitor property conditions and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Maintain updated listings and create engaging advertisements for vacancies.
• Participate in team meetings and training for development.
