Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to represent multiple properties and drive leasing goals while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

You'll show and lease units, process applications, coordinate marketing, and support move-ins. The role requires strong customer service, sales drive, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple communities and respond to resident needs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications (e.g., Fair Housing knowledge) a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the properties.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
