Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at an on-site location. You will show units, qualify prospects, tour the property, and sign leases, while maintaining strong data and customer service standards.

The role requires basic software skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. This full-time position emphasizes on-site daily attendance, resident satisfaction, and marketing plan execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales by scheduling appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and following up.
