Allied Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant (Multisite) to engage prospective residents, present available homes, and guide applicants through the leasing process across multiple communities. This role ensures an exceptional customer experience by identifying resident needs, presenting amenities, and facilitating smooth move-in transitions.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in leasing or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned communities to provide leasing coverage as needed.
• Greet prospective residents, assess housing needs, and qualify applicants based on criteria.
• Conduct property tours, highlight features, layouts, and amenities.
• Provide information about local area, schools, shopping, recreation, and transport.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, collect deposits, and document everything.
• Monitor property conditions and coordinate necessary repairs.
