Job summary

Allegheny Health Network seeks an experienced operations manager to oversee daily functions across multiple physician practices. You will supervise front and back office staff, hire and train personnel, and ensure smooth network operations.

You will partner with leadership to develop the practice budget, monitor key financial metrics, and drive patient satisfaction and quality improvement across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience as determined by the company.
• 3–5 years’ experience in physician practice setting with 2 years’ practice management experience.
• CPPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of physician practice locations, including front and back office functions.
• Supervises staff, interviews, hires, trains, and conducts performance evaluations.
• Develops and monitors the practice budget with leadership; oversees staffing and resource allocation.
• Monitors revenue cycle metrics, patient volumes, and expenses; reviews reconciliation of funds.
