Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee daily operations across physician practices. You will supervise front and back office staff, address issues, hire/train, and support budget development with a focus on financial and revenue cycle metrics.

Collaborating with physicians and leadership, you will ensure regulatory compliance, monitor patient satisfaction, and drive quality and performance improvements. Travel to multiple practice locations is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years0 experience in physician practice setting with 2 years years practice management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day to day operations of the physician practice(s), including front and back office functions.
• Supervises staff, resolves problems and implements approved disciplinary action.
• Interviews, hires, trains and conducts performance evaluations.
• Develops the practice budget in conjunction with the director.
• Monitors key financial and revenue cycle metrics and patient volumes.
