Job summary

Allegheny Health Network in Bethel Park is seeking a skilled Practice Manager to oversee daily operations of physician practices across multiple locations. This role includes front and back office oversight, staff supervision, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will partner with physicians and leadership to manage budgets, monitor revenue cycle metrics, address patient satisfaction issues, and drive quality improvements. Travel between practice locations is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience as determined by the company
• 3-5 years' experience in physician practice setting with 2 years' practice management experience

Responsibilities

• Manages the day to day operations of the physician practice(s), including front and back office functions.
• Supervises staff, resolves problems and implements approved disciplinary action.
• Interviews, hires, trains and conducts performance evaluations.
• Develops the practice budget with the director and manages key financial and revenue cycle metrics.
• Monitors patient satisfaction reports and addresses variances.
• Leads quality and performance improvement by monitoring metrics and addressing deficiencies.
• Collaborates with physicians and leadership to achieve organization goals.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Travel to various practice locations is required.
