Allegheny Health Network seeks an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across physician practices. The role includes supervising staff, managing front and back office activities, and supporting budget development with attention to revenue cycle metrics.

The position collaborates with physicians and leadership to achieve organizational goals, while ensuring regulatory compliance and ongoing performance improvement. Travel between practice locations is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years’ experience in physician practice setting with 2 years’ practice management experience.
• CPPM (Certified Physician Practice Manager) certification.
• Experience managing multiple sites.

Responsabilidades

• Manages the day to day operations of the physician practice(s), including front and back office functions.
• Supervises staff, resolves problems and implements approved disciplinary action. Interviews, hires, trains and conducts performance evaluations.
• In conjunction with the director, develops the practice budget. Manages and monitors key financial and revenue cycle metrics, including staff hours, resource allocation, expense budget, patient volumes, and the revenue cycle process.
• Responsible for monitoring patient satisfaction reports, identifying variances from standard, addressing and resolving patient complaints.
• Responsible for quality and performance improvement by monitoring metrics and addressing deficiencies.
• Works collaboratively with physicians, leadership and health professionals to accomplish organization and practice goals.
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements.
