Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience as determined by the company
• 3–5 years’ experience in physician practice setting with 2 years’ practice management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of physician practices (front and back office).
• Supervise staff, interview, hire, train, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Develop and monitor practice budgets; manage staffing hours, resources, and expenses.
